Sweets for Parties

A friend hired me to make sweets for her Scentsy party this weekend. I made small Chocolate Cups with Chocolate Mousse inside them and Chocolate Mousse Napoleons with Strawberries and Cream. Which is a multiple layered pastery.  They were delicious. It took a while to get them to stay stacked but I got it to work.

First Business Fair Adventure

 

The Enlisted Spouses Club had a Business Fair yesterday on base and I had a table set up. So what do I do? I decided to bake, bake, bake! I made some of my favorite things! I made four kinds of Chocolate Covered Oreos. I made Mint Oreos covered in dark chocolate, Peanut Butter Oreos covered in milk chocolate, Golden Oreos covered in white chocolate and Original Oreos in milk chocolate and white chocolate. I also made my Mini Chocolate Caramel Pecan Cheesecakes. I raffled off my Mini cakes. I made the four different kinds which were the Peanut Butter Cup Cake, Pineapple Inside Cake, Berry Good Shortcake, and Rocky Road Brownie Cake. I had an amazing time and met a lot of people. So I am hoping I will be busy for the next few months!

Xbox 360 Cake

Yesterday I made an Xbox 360 cake for a friend's husband. It was his birthday. This cake was a little difficult for me. I had to cover a chocolate cake with white fondant. I made the controller out of rice krispies and fondant. I had a lot of fun making this cake though! Happy Birthday Cory!

Kori's 1st Birthday

Kori turned 1 today and his party theme was "yo gabba gabba".  I made him this cute cake!  I'm happy to say that everyone loved it!
